吉宁矿采区水泵房与水仓优化设计

Optimization Design of the pump house and Water Sump in JiNing Mine

摘要: 根据吉宁矿矿井设计巷道的布置特点,以节省投资、缩短工期、减少建设工程量为原则,优化布置了采区水泵房与水仓系统。在充分发挥泵房作用的同时,潜水泵房合并了水泵房硐室的配水巷、吸水井、配水井等硐室,简化设置泵房硐室,减少了泵房硐室的密集布置,并避免了巷道间工程应力的相互干扰,实现了水泵房硐室稳定性整体提高,减少了水泵房施工工程量,节约了矿建投资。

Abstract: The arrangement of the characteristics of JiNing mine roadway design, in order to save investment, shorten the construction period, reducing the amount of construction principles, optimizing the layout of the mining area and water storage system pump house. It gave full play to the role of the pumping station at the same time, vertical submersible pump house pumping stations merged with Roadway chambers, water wells, with wells and other chamber, simplify setup Pump House Chamber, reducing the dense arrangement of pump house chambers, and to avoid mutual interference between the roadway engineering stress and achieve stability Water Pumping Chamber overall improvement, reducing the amount of pump house construction projects, saving the mine construction investment. The design concept to be implemented in JiNing mine, mine construction is similar to the accumulated experience.
